About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager will be dedicated to design and excecute marketing or advertising campaigns on search engines and social media platforms.

What You'll Do

· Be accountable for accounts operation on Facebook and Google, including content planning & distribution, engagement activities, campaign activation and so on to gain traffic, acquire users and build brand influence
· Develop and own content framework and brand guardrail on social media platforms to keep brand consistency
· Set up clear objectives and measurable metrics for each campaign and track the performance
· Generate market and user insights for product and operation improvement
· Organize retrospective programs or mechanisms for sustainable improvement

What We Expect?

· Bachelor's degree is preferred
· Minimum 3 years of working experience in online marketing with proven success. Strong insights into social/dating Apps is a big plus
· Good knowledge and solid hands-on experience of Google or Facebook-owned accounts management and operation
· Digital content savvy
· Strong capability in data analytics for daily operation, with performance-driven and growth mindset
· Strong sense of mission, self-motivated with can-do attitude
· Fluency in English(must) and Mandarin(preferred)
